Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is an American author of cookery books and Emmy Award-winning host for Food Network's longest-running program Barefoot Contessa that debuted in 2002 and will run for 27 seasons until 2020. Ina began to write policy and nuclear energy documents for the White House. Ina initially enjoyed the intellectual rigors that came with her work, but she eventually, she stopped her the interest. In her place, she purchased Barefoot Contessa, a specialty restaurant. It took her nearly 18 years to make the shop extremely successful before she closed the business. She then began to write the first of many cookbooks. Numerous other books as well as magazine articles followed. In the meantime, her Food Network television show too was launched and quickly became a huge success. She sells many products, from ingredients for cooking to kitchenware and storage. Ina herself, a self-taught chef, has never studied at the culinary institute or at an establishment. Her easy-going approach to entertaining and her easy cooking style is well-known. Her most popular recipes include the lemon chicken that she grills in a skillet as well as Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon, balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
