Annmarie Fairweather, a highly experienced Human Resources leader, brings thirty years of experience in the field. She's worked with leaders from all industries, helping them improve their company, especially when they are experiencing rapid expansion. Her work as a partner in translating business and human strategies into goals and strategic objectives for enterprises and plans has included planning for organizational and performance along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. She believes that education is one of the key elements of the leadership process. Her extensive experience includes working for Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies to coach and develop managers, and achieving result, she was able to help create corporate cultures that promote changing and learning.
